The kids and I will be dropping off a load of shoes and clothes at our local social services in the morning. After that? We cook! I'm so excited this Thanksgiving! I've always enjoyed getting together with family, but this year I'm extra excited. We weren't supposed to get to this year. My husband was supposed to have surgery. But now that the doctor says he no longer needs the surgery, we get to! Woohoo! :)

Vacation time!
This evening, my husband officially started his vacation! Which naturally means, the kids and I did too! Well, technically, he is going to take part in their weekly conference call in the morning, and he has to run up to his office to pick up a delicious honey baked ham his bosses have got for us! :) They are big on supplying goodies to their employees for Thanksgiving every year. It's wonderful and so appreciated!

Yay! I miss getting together with family. Each year our get together seems to get smaller and smaller. This year it's just my mother and us.
