Day 100

So, my oldest baby girl hit her first out of the park home run yesterday. For everyone that's been a part of the team over the last few seasons, you know what a huge deal this is for her, on top of the fact that it's just so dang special regardless.

Well, we couldn't get much out of her yesterday. She doesn't like to talk about herself. Period. But this afternoon she came to me while holding her home run ball. She asked me if I had any ideas where she could keep it/display it. Because "it can't stay in my bag, because there will be more." That statement from her days so many, many things. And the smile on her face. I'm so happy to see how proud she is of herself.

However, she has yet to let me get a good pic. This is the best I got, in some crazy wind.
And- my other baby girl brought home a 2nd place trophy with the rest of her team. I didn't get to see much of her weekend as I was with Lexi and Rob was with Demi. She's so excited though! Ask her how it went and all she'll say is"good". It's like a running joke with her now. She'll laugh as she's saying it, and then refuse to say another word. Turd.
