Goal for this week
Walk 4 days. Chalking starts this week also, so I'll get a little extra in at least once a week for the next 9 weeks! Post earlier. Stay on track! Lose what I've gained and get my butt out of the 250's!!!
Activity Plan
Walk, 4 days! Possibly increase to the 3 mile walk once this week. Depends on my leg though. Left leg is slightly agitated again. Have to ease up on the side steps in the walk, which sucks, because I really like doing them.
Struggle This Week?
I make the softball schedules for a local league and this season was determined to be the most conflict filled yet... I pretty much ended up sitting on my butt in front of the computer for 4 days straight working on them all. And then redoing them because of additional conflicts sent to me an hour before the schedules were to be released. Was a bit of nightmare. I didn't eat like crazy all week, but I did have some bad meals, and sit on my butt so much it's still a little sore. Happy to have that part behind me right now. Though I already have 3 games needing to be rescheduled again.... But games here and there are not such a big deal. So happy to get a great, FULL day of school in today. And one in which each of my children managed to impress me with things they have learned so far this year. I LOVE HOMESCHOOLING! :)

Fitspiration (photos, Tips, etc...)
Today I read day 28 of Made To Crave. I must have highlighted 98% of it. The thought for today really hit home with me. Doing something in order to be loved is a trap, doing something because you are loved is incredibly freeing. This hit home for me on so many levels. And it's so true. Whether you're a Christian, or not. If you do something for your husband to try and get him to appreciate you, you set expectations on yourself and him. If you do something for you husband because he loves you, it's completely different. For me it's much deeper. I realized I do things more subtly like this. In all areas of life. And I realized, I really don't like it. When I really dug down, I realized deep down, I turn things into ME things lately. I need less of me.
This week's Fitspiration goes along with all this on the spiritual level for me. It's a photo from my little sister's Sr. photo shoot. Another great one from Kendra Wallace over at Kendra Wallace Photography. Not a normal pic you'd see as part of a sr shoot. I think it's brilliant.
I SO love your fitspiration this week! Isnt that SO true? We are second.. and I find when we acknowledge that in our lives, the rest of life seems to fall into the rightful place. When we are fighting our awesome God for first place... even unintentionally, he is like Ah ah ah ... :P I want that as well! Better focus with our Lord... and Better focus on my weight plan! :) WE CAN DO IT! :D so happy to have you on board to help me this year!
