4 days of walking DVD (which I love!)
Figure out a way to get my water in each day.

Activity Plan
Continue with the 18 minute 1 mile DVD- with weights. Would like to do the 30 minute 2 mile once this week.

Struggle This Week?
Well, really, my biggest struggle this week was finding time to make this post. It's already almost time for next week's! I did weigh myself on Wednesday, as always, so everything is still accurate for when I do this next one, hopefully on time! Well, that, and water. Still struggling to get my water in. I am pretty much in the habit of only drinking when I eat. I have to get in the habit of carrying a cup or bottle around the house with me.  Which leads me to my Fitspiration this week. Found this pretty fitting for me right now!

  2. You are doing great! I'm having a hard time with my water too. Kinda wish that I drank tea...That's how John will get some of his water in during cold days.
